Extra virgin olive oil is obtained by grinding a cold, from olives harvested by mechanical and manual procedures and processed within two days of collection. This guarantees a high quality of olive oil, an essential element of the Mediterranean diet. Our
it is a multicultivar oil, that is an oil obtained from the grinding of all the varieties present in the olive grove: dolce agogia, frantoio, leccino, moraiolo.
The company has currently a cultivation of fresh and dried fruit of about 600 plants, of various species: apples, cherries, peaches, apricots, plums, pears, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, figs, pomegranates, jujubes, white mulberries. We take care of the entire production cycle: from sowing to processing, harvesting (strictly manual) and processing. We do not use any kind of phytosanitary or chemical products, working in prevention with natural traps.
VEGETABLE IN OPEN FIELD FRESH AND PROCESSED
Our vegetables are grown outdoors, without the use of pesticides or pesticides. From seed to plant, we manage all the sowing and transplanting operations in the field in complete autonomy. Sowing and harvesting strictly follow the biological and natural rhythms of the product.
EXTRA FRUIT JAMS
Our jams are high quality artisan products, made only with untreated fruit, Italian sugar and lemons or apples, without pectin or thickeners. They are handcrafted in local laboratories: the fruit is cut by hand and cooked at a very low temperature to preserve the natural taste of the product. WHOLE FRUIT AND NOT PASSED
NECTARS OF FRUIT
Our nectars are high quality artisan products, made only with our fruits, sugar and water, without additives. They are produced with fruit pulp with added water and low sugar content, without coloring or preservatives. It is combined with an edible straw with zero environmental impact.
In respect of the natural times of the forest and its preservation, we take care of forest management by making programmed cuts every year
